Cox Business – Powering Education from Jeff Martin on Vimeo.

Worked on this earlier this year.

At first, the client(Cox) wanted the tree on the right entirely painted out(which I did), then they wanted it back in, but much more dense and the side of the building covered. You'll notice that the matte I did is a different time of day. Originally, they wanted it to be during the evening, but the final is during the day. There was some weird perspective thing going on in that small background building that they wanted me to keep, but in the final it looks like they have it back to a previous version that I did.

Looks like the final matte(very noticeable in the tree area) was blurred and the contrast was bumped up.

I worked on this earlier this year and I did the initial character designs as well as the key art for the entire spot. The one I like the best is the cowboy character.

Forgot to say, some of the poses that the characters are in are the ones that the client wanted them to be in, like the main character. They were also used for the key art that I did for each shot.

Watching that team during that Olympic run was simply amazing.

The end of March only means one thing to me.

The NCAA Div 1 Wrestling Championships.

Penn State repeats. They're going to be tough with Cael leading and the recruits he can pull in.

Tom Brands is not a happy man. I can assure you.

Most impressive was definitely Kyle Dake. 3 different weight classes, 3 NCAA titles. Cornell has had a pretty solid program for the past several years, 3 NCAA champions for them this year. Looking forward to see how Dake does at the Olympic Trials in Iowa in a few weeks and to see if he can make more history next year and get 4 titles to join Cael and Pat Smith.

Yojiro Uetake(OK State) definitely would have been in the club(and probably would have been the first undefeated and 4-time champ) had freshman been allowed to wrestle back in the day.

Also looking forward to seeing how Brent Metcalf will do, but he'll have to get by Teyon Ware first. Teyon Ware gator rolled Metcalf into oblivion in their World Team Trials championship match last year.
